Thankfully the 'damage' done wasn't so great, but I still will have to be careful in the way I treat others, and that will still be hard...

But still, thank God for making me realise it, even though it's a hell of a painful process.

What I meant was, that statement coming from you in particular would probably mean that you've gone mad. But counting others' contexts it could be just normal (not saying that got other pple around who're normally mad lah, or that they are)
